"Follow the hands to a better horse!"

Equine massage and therapy with Kaye Hannan

Kaye has been associated with horses for over 45 years and a competitive rider since 4. She still competes in One Day Events and Dressage up to National level with ex-racehorses and more recently, on two Clydesdale x TB geldings.

Her fascination with equine rehabilitation can be seen in her qualifications; M. App. Sc. (3 Equine Research Projects – primarily tendon rehabilitation), Equine Massage Certification and Equine Acupressure (USA). This thirst for knowledge has driven her to a new understanding of the equine athlete and as such, she has developed a successful line of herbal products under the banner of Hannan’s Healing Herbals.

These products complement an already successful Equine Therapy practice based in Ebenezer, NSW, Australia at her Performance Horse Rehabilitation Centre. This desire to improve on poor performance has led her to explore unique methods of tendon and musculo-skeletal rehabilitation, and as a direct result of her success, Kaye now liaises closely with leading racing stables and local veterinary centres.
